Laing Table Controller series (LTC)

LTC mains operation

Laing table controller in mains mode.
230V or 115V AC

LTCB battery operation

Laing table controller powered by batteries.
97 Wh battery. Minimal standby power consumption, making it ready for use even after many months in standby mode. Same performance as the mains controller.

LTCD DC

Laing table controller in DC mode.
10V to 36V DC. Same performance as the mains controller.

Controller for 1 to 4 drives

Depending on the version, the controller can control up to 4 drives synchronously.

Easy configuration

With an easy-to-use software tool, a configuration file is created, which is then saved in the controller and can be loaded into additional controllers within seconds with the downloader. Of course, the controller can also be delivered preconfigured.

Powerful collision detection

In addition to the standard current-based collision detection, there is an optional gyro and gravity sensor. These sensors not only allow reliable detection of a collision, but also ensure that the table can never fall over.

Communication via BLE or WiFi

The controllers are optionally upgraded with these modules, to communicate for example with a PC or smartphone. The ModBus interface is included in every controller.

FAQ

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about our controllers, such as areas of application, deployment and more.

Which drives can the Laing controllers control?

All Laing controllers are able to control DC drives with 24 V and one or two Hall outputs.

What are the areas of application for Laing Controllers?

Laing controllers can be used in a variety of ways. Possible areas of application include office applications, industrial applications, trucks, boats, motorhomes, home applications and much more.

How does the configuration work?

The Laing controllers can be configured using a programming cable via our LTC Wizard. All parameters can be set here.

What is the procedure in the event of a service case?

In most cases, the service can be provided by Laing online, for example via TeamViewer. All movement-relevant parameters can be viewed and adjusted via the service app. This makes it possible to identify and fix problems that arise as a whole as a result of the application.

Can a controller from another manufacturer be replaced by a Laing controller?

If DC drives with 24 V and one or two Hall outputs are used, controllers from other manufacturers can easily be replaced by Laing controllers.

What approvals do Laing Controllers have?

The Laing controllers of all series have ETL approval for USA and Canada and CE for Europe.

Can Laing controllers be controlled by higher-level controllers?

Laing controllers are equipped with Modbus RTU as standard. In addition, the Laing PLC adapter can be used to connect Laing controllers to a higher-level controller.
